Currently there are large delays for shipments going to Auckland addresses. Please allow an extra 5 working days for delivery.
Can we still send our items?
Yes we are able to send any items due to our business operating online only: and our product ranges being classed as "Fast-moving consumer goods", that are essential; such as our repair parts and components.

Can I pick up my order?
From the 1st of November 2021, we will be allowing contactless pickups from 10am-4pm, Tuesday to Thursday only. Orders must be paid only prior to collection, please select pickup option upon checkout and wait for the "Order ready for pickup notification".
However we advise you to utilise the courier service to minimize contact; please see https://covid19.govt.nz/ for more details. Lockdown level 4 is no pickups.
