Phone cover good. Delivery time good. Transparency over delivery process could be better.

Overall I’m happy with the quality of the flip wallet case and the accompanying screen and camera lens protection I ordered. The card slots seem tight and straining to fit the card in. It might give a little over time and be easier, or it could split the material but only time will tell.
I was informed about my order being assigned a delivery number about three days before the postal service was, so I kept looking for progress update that wasn’t there. Mystified. When I contacted NZ Post it they advised me it was because the sender hadn’t asked them to collect it yet. I felt that was a little disorderly/deceptive to make me think it was on the way when it really wasn’t.
In the end, I was still satisfied with a reasonable time from order to delivery, but that doesn’t affect the lack of transparency for several days when I wondered if it might be something posted that would go astray.
